Cari Lynn Pace, GRI, CCIM, CRB, CRS

Cari Lynn Pace is an independent real estate broker, specializing in Marin and Sonoma County real estate and disclosure issues. She has been licensed by the DRE (#00481825) since 1974 and has had dozens of articles published in national magazines. Pace is the Author of "Don't Shoot Me…I'm Just the Real Estate Agent!" a book detailing the top 100 red flags that cause real estate problems for Sellers, Buyers, and Agents. She is a frequent contributor to C.A.R. publications, including the books "Conquer the Market" and "Foreclosures" and their course "Distressed Properties". She is the editor of LawsuitPreventionServices.blogspot.com which notes recent legal issues affecting transactions and agents throughout California .

Cari has been active in local board activities, serving as a past President of the Marin Association of REALTORS® as well as being awarded their Distinguished Service Award. She is frequently retained as an expert witness for court cases to testify about the duties of real estate licensees.
