 | Brian has been a REALTOR® since 1989. He has been involved with the REALTOR® Association since 1990 serving in various committees, the Board of Directors, President, CAR Director, and NAR delegate at the West San Gabriel Valley Association of REALTORS®. Brian received the REALTOR® Associate of the Year award in 1999. Brian's service to the Real Estate industry extended beyond his NAR, CAR and WSGVAR contributions when he became the President of the Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service. Brian's extensive real estate background includes hands-on experiences in Residential, Residential Income and Commercial sales; mortgage loan underwriting, funding and selling to the secondary market; and broker owned escrow operations. Brian was also the CEO of MRMLS from 2000 to 2005, the second largest MLS in California serving 10 local REALTOR® Associations with over 27,000 Participants/Subscribers in northeastern Los Angeles County, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. In addition to lecturing at local college and associations, Brian is also a certified WINForm Instructor and real estate software technical advisor.
